Import Roles & Assess Candidates using Ashby & lemonly

A step-by-step guide to connecting your Ashby ATS with lemonly for seamless candidate screening and assessment.

Create a lemonly Account

Sign up at lemonly.ai, then select "Create New Role" and choose "Import from ATS" to begin the integration.

Generate an API Key in Ashby

In Ashby, navigate to Admin β†’ Integrations β†’ API Keys. Create a new API key named "lemonly" and select "lemonly πŸ‹" from the integration partners list.

Configure Scopes

Select the necessary permission scopes for the API key, then save your configuration.

Connect to lemonly

Copy the API key from Ashby, paste it into lemonly, and click "Fetch Jobs" to retrieve your available positions.

Customize Role Requirements

Edit your role requirements. lemonly will use your job description to estimate what you’re looking for, focusing on non-negotiables and nice-to-haves.

Screen & Export

Shortlist candidates using the thumbs-up or star icons. When done, export selected candidates back to Ashby, selecting the appropriate pipeline stage.
