Import Roles & Assess Candidates
using Ashby & Lemonly

1. Create a lemonly account and click on 'Create New Role'

2. Click on Import from ATSβ¦

3. Select Ashby from Select ATS Provider

4. Click on Admin
5. Click on Integrations
6. Click on API Keys
7. Click on New
8. Name your API Key (we suggest 'lemonly') and then select 'lemonly π' from the Integration Partners list
9. Click on Create API Key
10. Check ALL this scopes in this screenshot

11. Click on Save and Continue
12. Click on Copy and Close to copy your API Key.

13. Paste your API Key into lemonly
14. Click on Fetch Jobs
15. Click on Import Job
16. Edit your Role Requirements.
lemonly will use your job description to estimate what you're looking for in your hire. Edit the 'Non-Negotiables' and 'Nice-to-Haves' to reflect your ideal candidate. This will be used to inform the assessment. You can change these afterwards if you need to.
17. Click on Create and Activate Role
18. Click on 'Thumbs up' to shortlist a candidate.
19. Click the 'Star' to shortlist a candidate and also favourite them (like a Super Like).
20. Export back to Ashby ATS
Once you have your shortlist of candidates, hit 'Export' to move these candidates to the next stage in your hiring pipeline in your Ashby ATS.
If more candidates apply or if you decide to add more candidates to your shortlist later, you can export these later without disrupting your pipeline in Ashby.
21. Select the stage to move the candidates to from the export modal
22. Click on Export to ATS
23. Click on Return to ATS to return to Ashby
